UniformWave models an ideal plane wave light source. It transmits uniform intensity continuous wave plane waves with zero tilt for any wavelength requested within a specified range (the specific wavelength is requested by a sensor).

UniformWave is on from t=-infinity: this means it can provide light to a sensor even if the sensor timing requires light to leave the source prior to t=0. Unlike some other sources, UniformWave has no triggering input.

The output "power" is the total power across the whole propagation mesh.
