OutgoingSplitter is a two-way optical component, which has three Light outputs, two in the outgoing direction, one in the incoming direction, and two Light inputs, one in each direction. The outgoing input Light is split to yield the two outgoing outputs; in the incoming direction it's a straight passthrough: the incoming input is connected directly to the incoming output.
