IncomingSplitter is a two-way optical component, which has three Light outputs, two in the incoming direction, one in the outgoing direction, and two Light inputs, one in each direction. The incoming input light is split to yield the two incoming outputs; in the outgoing direction it's a straight passthrough: the outgoing input is connected directly to the outgoing output.
